Margot Wallace

 

authorwebMargot Wallace is an associate professor of marketing communications at Columbia College Chicago where she teaches courses in branding and consumer insights. A former creative director at a major global advertising agency, she has created branded campaigns for clients ranging from consumer products to financial institutions, as well as not-for-profit organizations.
Professor Wallace has studied museums from every aspect, and her original research of visitor and non-visitor attitudes continues.  She has talked to museum, arts and academic groups throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia, and consults with individual museums.
